Peace and quiet in a lush tropical setting in the foothills of Puerto Vallarta! Welcome to my home away from home located downtown within walking distance to all that PV has to offer. With gated entrance and 24 hr security the condo also provides a full staff for your convenience. This condo has been meticulously updated with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances and newly remodeled tiled bath-all with a flavor of the Mexican culture- here you will be transported to the vacation of your dreams. The folding doors along the rear of the unit, lead to the large balcony with a 180 degree view of Banderas Bay, where you will enjoy sipping wine or coffee, and watching fireworks and AMAZING sunsets!

Each condo is privately entered from the outside by covered walkways lined with tropical plants leading directly to the unit.
If you prefer to dine out -- the choices are endless! Within walking distance are countless restaurants offering a variety of menus and atmosphere. From small little family run places tucked away on a little street to the most elegant 5 star restaurant with incredible sunset views! You will never tire of discovering your next favorite place to dine.
The beach and the Malecon (boardwalk) are a short walk from the condo. In between, there are many shops and lots of art galleries (don't miss the 'art-walk' - Wednesday nights when the galleries stay open late and feature local artists and offer wine and cheese. Centrally located, you can walk from the condo to most anywhere in town. Great exercise walking down the steps from the condo which puts you right in the heart of town and within walking distance to various beaches, shops etc. At the end of the day should you decide you have burned enough calories for the day, taxi's are readily available to get you back up to the condo. You can go almost anywhere in town for roughly $4 USD The local bus costs 60 cents! Great for bringing groceries back from the market!
On the days you want to relax at home, you can sit by the beautiful pool in the lushly landscaped gardens. To help plan your days, the front desk offers concierge service -- anything you might need from getting directions or locating a restaurant , tickets or taxi - they will be glad to help. The incredible staff are always happy to answer any question you may have and all speak both English and Spanish.
