Villa is roughly 200' above sea level. Washer/dryer for guest use, dedicated 100/10 mbps Internet from cable modem, in-unit Wi-Fi, cable TV. Villa de la Vista rests on a 3 dimensional, 1.5-acre pie-shaped lot. The sea has taken a few bites off the tip of the pie. Channel between St. Thomas and Thatch Kay is used by migrating hump-back whales. Climb/swim/snorkel/kayak/scuba-dive/cliff-dive/fish/boat at your own risk. Signed waivers required for ocean access from villa and use of villa kayaks. Non-smokers only.
