Dogs under 50 lbs allowed and or service documented dogs. Please keep all dogs off furniture and beds. No other animals and or cats permitted. No parties allowed and or large events, no exceptions! Guest max is no more than 10 people. Bunk bed has max weight limit 180 on bottom and 150 on top. No other extra visitors allowed. Hot tub is seasonal when in operational status, check prior to booking. Community ammenities such as River beaches are subject to seasonal and HOA operations.
