Summary: Great location in Tamarindo. Right down the street from the Food Trucks & Night Market. Easy walk to the beach & right near all the surfing hostels. The apartment itself was not as we expected it to be & we ended up staying somewhere else. The stairs to get upstairs sounded like they could break at any moment. There were ants all over the day bed downstairs. The kitchen was a plug in stove, a toaster, a tiny fridge & a sink! The laundry is a communal laundry shared between all the apartments. The bathrooms are tiny - my husband couldn’t stand up in the shower without hitting his head. We could have stayed here - as it is fully livable, had AC & felt safe. However, it was not what we expected to walk into. They are very run down! We felt as if this rental was poorly advertised and not an accurate representation of what we booked. I hate to be that person to leave a poor review but I think this listing should be updated.
