Positive: Great central location, close to everything we needed Excellent building facilities — the pool and gym were clean and enjoyable Overall, a good space for a short family stay Looked like pictures apart from cleanliness
Negative: The apartment wasn’t as clean as expected — dusty surfaces and floors that didn’t seem vacuumed or mopped Dining table in Room 2009 was sticky and had crumbs from previous guests The bed didn’t feel freshly made Not enough towels provided for our stay As a family that values cleanliness, we were expecting a higher standard, especially for a city apartment. We were expected to clean the apartment ourselves and to leave it how it was when we checked in, and we felt we may have left it in better condition than we found it. It wouldn't have been a problem, but it was already dusty, and beds were not made properly under the big blanket put on top. Wish it was cleaner that's. This would be the main reason for loss of points.
Summary: Overall, we had a good stay, but we hope the management will ensure apartments are thoroughly clean.
