Four villages which make up the Orange Lake Resort property, all of which have their own distinct offerings and charm. West Village is the original phase of this resort which has been refurbished over the years and features a clubhouse overlooking the lake, a themed restaurant with patio bar, putt-putt golf, arcade, cabanas and retail shops. River Island is a tropical lover's paradise, centered around a fabulous water park that includes two beach-style pools and a lazy river. East Village is noted for its central location to all the action and also its proximity to world-class golfing. North Village is a water lover's delight and offers a smaller, more intimate setting for family fun.
The units at Orange Lake are the perfect retreat during your Florida vacation. Our two-bedroom villas sleep eight and feature a king-size bed in the master bedroom, two queen-size beds in the guest bedroom, and a queen sleeper sofa in the living area. All villas are equipped with a full-size kitchen, TVs in living room and bedrooms, in-suite washer/dryer and more.
The Covid-19 pandemic is considered a foreseeable risk. By accepting this rental agreement and providing payment information, the guest acknowledges and accepts the risk that the pandemic may prevent travel or occupancy of the rental unit and that this will not serve as a basis for requesting a refund. Unavailable amenities, pool, beach, theme park, etc. does not merit a refund. This clause specifically removes the obligation of the owner to provide a habitable unit, if the cause is due to the Coronavirus pandemic.
