Please note we have a propane tank for the grill, however, if it is empty or runs out

Our home is in a private lake community. When you book our home, please be
prepared to send over first and last names of all Adults in your party. To enter our
community the driver of any car will need a valid Driver’s License and a copy of
vehicle’s registration to show in order to enter the community.

We are happy to help facilitate decorations for special events for a service fee. Please inquire if interested!
★ COMMUNITY PERKS ★
There are 2 outdoor pools, basketball courts, tennis courts, sand volleyball court, soccer field, playground, lake access w/ beach, game & fitness room. Please inquire about community pool passes if interested!
★ NO PETS ALLOWED ★
We love those little (and not so little) furry bundles of joy. Sadly, our home is not
suitable to accommodate them.
★ COVID-19 SANITIZATION ★
Heath, safety, and wellbeing of our guests are of utmost importance. For this reason,
we use a thorough cleaning process after each check-out.
★ NO SMOKING INSIDE ★
Please refrain from smoking inside the home! Any smoking evidence will result in a fee
due to payment for Oder removal, Duct Cleaning, and furniture cleaning.
★ NO FIREWORKS ALLOWED ★
We kindly ask you to treat our home as your own to preserve its pristine condition for
future guests and your return visits. We want to emphasize the ban on fireworks
especially. If any are used, the penalty can go up to $2000.
