**HOUSE MANUAL**
1. Hot water can take a minute or two to get hot, so keep the water running. It can also get too hot. Only showers have hot water.
2. To use the oven, press the igniter long as you turn on the fire.
3. Keys do NOT have duplicates - make sure to keep them in the lock box when you leave to avoid getting lost.
4. Cameras are installed around the house, but they are NOT connected. You can confirm by looking at the monitor by the living room.
5. You will need to enter codes in our 2 gates every time you come in to the neighborhood. Codes will be sent before your check-in.
6. Power generator in case of power outage is NOT available at any time.
7. Turn OFF ACs when not in use.
8. You can park right in front of the house or at the street, and we ask you to please not park at the grass area.
9. You will be provided basic toiletries on your arrival including white towels/beach towels.
(Towels, hand/body soap, dish soap, shampoo, toilet paper, paper towels. (Laundry soap may or may not be available)
10. NO SMOKING AT ALL TIMES INSIDE THE HOUSE.
11. No loud parties allowed.
12. Visitors are NOT allowed in the house during your stay.
13. Bathroom by the pool is NOT usable.
14. Make sure that there is NO LATE parties and loud music after 10pm.
15. Swim at your OWN risk, we will not be liable for any drowning.
16. A cat lives at the house and we would be grateful if you fed her, she only lives outside and we ask you to not let her in.
