We have a full meet and great service, so no trying to find key boxes or how to get to our apartment etc.
Our property manager meets you on site shows you were to park then takes you up to the apartment explaining how everything works then gives you their phone number just in case you have any questions. It is one of only five apartments with extra height windows in the whole development.

Horizon View was built around 2012 as a landmark waterside development and is one of the more modern contemporary buildings in the increasingly popular and sought after coastal village of Westward Ho! and the block was featured on Really TV’s Fantasy Homes by the Sea.There are stairs and lifts to all floors from the underground car park and ground floor level. The building also has stylish communal areas with an entry phone system on the main gate and pedestrian entrance.
Inside, the apartment has oak flooring and clean neutral decor with attractive contemporary fixtures and fittings throughout. The open plan living room/kitchen has floor to ceiling windows and sliding glass doors out to the full-width balcony and superb views. The attractive kitchen includes granite worktops and a full range of integrated appliances were updated in March 2022. The master bedroom suite also has floor to ceiling windows and sliding doors to the balcony, a dressing area with built-in wardrobes and an en-suite bathroom. There is a further twin bedroom with a built-in wardrobe a lovely separate shower room and various storage cupboards including a useful utility cupboard.
