The penthouse is totally renovated and fully furnished, it is perfectly situated in the Rome's center between Trastevere and Testaccio district. The position is very strategic and in walking distance to the center, with an excellent infra structure. The city can be walked or seen via bus or if you want by train, each one easy to reach close by. The apartment is ideal for a comfortable stay!
The big terrace around the whole house allows you to have an amazing view over the "Altare della Patria" and the city center and is also fully equipped to stay and eat outside on the terrace with this marvelous view. I have choosen the decor with care, thinking about what I would like to find in an apartment when I'm far away from my home. The mattress of the bed is in memory foam and with orthopedic criterias. In the kitchen you will find everything, besides a professional dishwasher, to prepare a fantastic meal. We have designed a fabulous luchroom with a great and ispiring view.
WiFi is working well in the entire apartment and always connected and included in the price. In the building you will have your own parking space, which allows you direct and quick access to the apartment by the elevator.
