Summary: this reassort I have been there before and it was an OK one, but now that I went back it is Horrible, starting with security, we came a little early because we used to come at least an hour early to avoid the be lines, but security did not allows in because we were not at3pm which it does state that check in is at 3pm, but again as said before people used to go early and check in at the from desk and just wait at the lobby for the room to be ready, no security were super rube to us, then it started raining and we were thank god inside the car, but there were other people that came in taxis, those people were getting wet and these security guard did not allow this people a family of 4 2 children and 2 adult to come in and not get wet. after that we went in the check in finished around 3:30 cause staff is not enough to check everyone in, went to eat there were nothing but burgers an salad, the pool were haft full, rooms have European plugs, so we have to go to the from desk again and rent one, don't know why we are in the Caribbean not in Europa for that. other things are like the hot as area to have dinner ad Lunch not enough air can come in as well as in the bathroom, you go to use it and you going to come out all wet from the sweet. I can say ore but that would be a book that I would have to write. so this is my last time going to that resort.
