Fines may be issued for any noise complaints.

Please note we require a fully refundable safety deposit after booking to ensure the property is respected during your stay. The deposit will be promptly returned after check-out if there are no damages or policy violations.

You will have access to the entire home and backyard. Exterior security cameras monitor the driveway and backyard for your safety and security, operating 24/7.
Pool and hot tub maintenance occurs every Wednesday or Thursday. Yard maintenance is done weekly.
If you have any questions or need assistance, we are available 24/7 to ensure you have the highest level of service during your stay.
For your peace of mind, please note that the intercoms are equipped with cameras, but the hosts do not have access to these cameras. To ensure your privacy, we’ve covered the cameras with a label. The intercoms are there for communication purposes only, and your security is our top priority.

POOL & HOT TUB RULES
1. Use at Your Own Risk:
The pool and hot tub are available for registered guests only. Use of these facilities is at your own risk. The property owner is not responsible for any accidents, injuries, or illnesses that occur while using the pool or hot tub.
2. No Lifeguard on Duty:
There is no lifeguard on duty. Children under 16 must be supervised by an adult at all times. Young children are not advised to use the hot tub. If minors are allowed in the hot tub, they must be supervised at all times.
3. No Diving, Jumping, or Rough Play:
Diving, jumping, running, or any rough play in or around the pool and hot tub is strictly prohibited.
4. Health Precautions:
Pregnant women, elderly individuals, and persons with heart disease, diabetes, or high blood pressure should not use the hot tub without a doctor’s permission. Do not use the hot tub if the water temperature exceeds 104°F.
5. Alcohol and Drug Use:
Alcohol consumption should be responsible. High water temperatures can increase drowsiness when consuming alcohol or taking drugs, raising the risk of drowning. Never use the hot tub or pool if you are intoxicated or under the influence of drugs.
6. Time Limit:
Limit time in the hot tub to no more than 15 minutes to avoid overheating and related health risks.
7. No Glassware or Smoking:
Use only plastic or non-breakable containers around the pool and hot tub to prevent injuries from broken glass. Smoking is not allowed in or around these areas.
8. Shower Before Use:
Please shower before entering the pool or hot tub to help maintain water cleanliness.
9. No Solo Use of the Hot Tub:
Never use the hot tub alone for safety reasons.
10. Keep Noise to a Minimum:
Respect other guests and neighbor by keeping noise levels down, especially during late hours.
11. Report Issues:
Report any maintenance or safety concerns immediately. Do not use the pool or hot tub if you notice any problems.
12. Secure Areas After Use:
Please cover the hot tub after use to keep it clean and safe. Ensure the pool gate is closed and locked.
13. Availability:
Hot Tub is available all year (weather permitting).
