Summary: We stayed at this property for a baseball tournament at Rocker B Ranch. The location is great considering that it is only 8 minutes from the Rocker B, but the location overall is not very nice. The property’s neighbors’ yards were an eye sore and uninviting. The floors were dirty, there were loose screws and fishing equipment in the kitchen, and furniture cushions piled up in the corner of the living room. Overall, it was just not very family/kid-friendly and it seemed like guest hospitality was an afterthought. Luckily, we spent most of our time at the ballpark or at other families’ rentals.
