Dolphin Way is a gated 4+ Acre community with 400+ feet of beautiful beach frontage and ONLY 75 owners, located on the north end of the very private Little Hickory Island in an area known as Hickory Point. At many times you may feel as though you have your own Personal beach. As you can see in the pictures, the community is meticulously maintained with an unusual amount of green space. The first level is for your covered and Reserved parking. Elevators are available in each building. No walking up 5 flights of stairs with groceries in hand. This unit, although located on the 4th floor, is on the 5th level as the first level is for parking (not true for all communities). You have the uncontested BEST view of the beach and the grounds. From the beach you can see an illuminated Naples or Sanibel at night. Truly impressive visuals from this unit. It has a Penthouse view without the Penthouse price.

The Family Room and MBR in have soft plush carpeting to keep your tootsies warm. The kitchen has custom cherry cabinets with Professional series stainless steel appliances. The new built-in Samsung microwave also has a convection feature. The new range has an induction 4 burner ceramic top, convection oven and built in air fryer. The french door refrigerator and bottom freezer also has an ice maker. And when it is time to clean up, the new Samsung dishwasher makes the clean up incredibly simple. Want to elevate your legs, then relax in the family room with His and Hers power foot rest leather recliners. Watch your favorite movie or game show on the Samsung smart 55" flat screen SUHD TV. Use the Xfinity1 on Demand with voice command to view all of your favorite shows for viewing on YOUR schedule. NFLX has been added to the Xfinity lineup. Enjoy your favorite music selections on the Yamaha receiver. Klipsch surround speakers give you an awesome listening experience, regardless of your audio choice. The upgraded individual (3 section) motorized hurricane shutters can be raised or lowered effortlessly by the touch of a button, conveniently located Inside the unit. No need to get wet when it's time to lower the shutters. The upgraded Turtle Tinted glass sliders opening to the lanai, have Movable (not fixed) panels that allow you to open up the space to either side (your preference) and have 67% of the glass area open at anytime vs the usual 33% opening.
