Sunny Florida room with retractable sliding glass doors opens to the pool. Caged pool surrounded by garden and private fenced backyard. New expanded pool cage was built in 2023 after old cage was destroyed by hurricane Ian.
You would love our home for location, comfort and privacy! After you spend your day exploring, come home to relax in the completely private, screened heated pool that is surrounded by fenced backyard with a garden. Pool heater is electric heat pump that could keep pool warm in any weather. And we do not charge any extra for pool heating! The oversized enclosed Florida room with breakfast table and chairs features glass retracting sliding doors from top to bottom, and side to side brings a lot of sunlight and opens to the pool. Pool deck has aluminum table, chairs and lounges for outdoor casual meal. Pool is equipped with a color changing light for night-time swimming. Just outside of the cage you will find a propane gas grill with all necessary tools for the perfect BBQ.
The kitchen comes completely stocked with all your culinary needs. Just a few of the amenities include stainless steel electric range and double-door refrigerator with ice machine, microwave, Keurig coffee machine, toaster oven, blender, electric kettle, Brita water filter, and a complete set of cookware, tableware, and glassware.
The main living area has a very open and relaxing feeling enhanced with beautiful polished terrazzo floors. The dining area features a table that seats 8 comfortably. Taking a look out the large bay windows, you will see gorgeous Florida landscaping that encompasses the front yard. Relax on the cozy couch (includes a queen sleeper) to watch TV, read a book, or simply enjoy the views out the double sliding doors overlooking the garden and pool. The living room has a 58 inches Samsung Smart LED TV with hundreds channels and a DVD player. Free wireless Internet connection is provided throughout the house. Telephone has free unlimited calling to USA and Canada.
The Master bedroom also shares the same beautiful view of the pool and has a Queen size bed with a large walk-in closet where you find folding chairs, iron with board, extra towels and linens. There is a 43 inches Smart LED TV across from the bed. The Master bath has a large vanity with plenty of natural light, walk-in Rain shower and toilet with bidet.
The guest bedroom has queen bed and bunk bed with a large walk-in closet and computer desk. There is also 43 inches Roku TV. The guest bath has a tub/ shower combo. Both bathrooms have a hair dryer in the vanity drawers.
Single car attached garage is available for your use. Remote opener included for easy parking. Garage contains washer and dryer, and shelved storage of laundry and cleaning supplies.
