Welcome to Sunnyside! This charming 3-bedroom, 2-bath, single-level private pool home is located in a lovely neighborhood near the most popular destinations in Sarasota, Florida.
This home is less than 3 miles from Downtown Sarasota, where you can find the local nightlife, high-end restaurants, and boutique shopping. It is also located less than 6 miles from the world-famous St Armand’s Circle and Siesta Key Beach.

Upon entering, you will find a light and bright atmosphere. The living room has a large couch, two adjoining chairs, a Smart TV, and additional seating. Adjacent is the dining room and kitchen. The dining table can accommodate up to four, with two additional chairs for extra seating. The large kitchen has views of the outdoor oasis. There is plenty of cabinet space and large kitchen counters.
There are sliding glass doors in the dining room and the kitchen leading out to the patio. The screened-in lanai has a bistro table for four and an outdoor patio set. The expansive backyard is perfect for entertaining family and loved ones. The newly installed rectangular pool is perfect for soaking up that Florida sunshine. There is plenty of outdoor seating, from the chaise lounges to the Adirondack chairs. There is also an outdoor dining table overlooking the mature landscaping and pool.
Down the hall, you will find the primary bedroom with a king-size bed, a TV, and plenty of space to unwind. Attached is the primary bathroom, which has an updated vanity and a walk-in shower. The second bedroom has a queen-size bed, a TV, a chair for a quick read, and plenty of closet space. The second bathroom has a large vanity and shower/tub combo. The third bedroom has a coastal theme, with two twin-sized beds and closet space.

Furry friends welcome, max 2 dogs up to 50lbs at maturity and require a $200 per pet non-refundable pet fee to be paid directly to the management company. Sorry, no cats.
Pool heating is optional, for an additional non-refundable fee of $25 per day + taxes to be paid directly to the management company after the reservation is confirmed.
