The building that houses the apartment has been recently renovated. If you are a student or a young worker this modern and bright apartment is what you are looking for! It consists of a completely new, custom-made and equipped eat-in kitchen, three fully furnished bedrooms and bathroom with shower. It also has several balconies, where you can take the opportunity to spend a few minutes relaxing in the open air!
The apartment is located a few minutes' walk from Milan's main universities:
- Politecnico di Milano (Leonardo campus), 5 minutes by walk;
- University of Milan (Medicine) 15 minutes by walk;
- Istituto Nazionale dei Tumori (IRCCS) 20 minutes by walk;
- Istituto Neurologico Carlo Besta (IRCCS) 15 minutes by walk.

ALL BILLS ARE INCLUDED up to 50 euro of expenses per month (if you will do a normal amount of usage, you would not have to pay for it!).
After the payment of the first month rent on HousingAnywhere, to finalize the reservation, the tenant has to pay the deposit and the admin fee. The admin fee covers:
-weekly cleaning service of the common areas for the entire duration of the contract;
- contract registration fees (registration tax, stamps and registration fee);
-maintenance.
Contracts can't end on 30 of April - 31 of May - 30 of June.
Cancelling contract in advance is possible with three months notice period only after three months contract. If you cancel the contract before the natural ending you have to pay 200€ penalty.
