A beautiful context, located in the heart of the district where the NABA university is located, hosts one of our most beautiful flats. The apartment is located in a quiet residential area, with all the amenities you need: supermarkets, shops and a dense network of tram-buses that will take you directly to the centre of the city and easily to all universities.
The newly renovated flat consists of a pleasant and bright entrance hall, a fully equipped kitchen, a single room with private bathroom, a single room and a double room with shared bathroom.
The flat is located in the heart of the NABA-IULM-BOCCONI district, just a few minutes walking from tram 9 and the Romolo green metro, which allows you to easily reach the main universities.

- Bocconi 15 minutes by walk;
- IED (Pompeo Leoni) 10 minutes by bus 90/91;
- IULM 10 minutes by bus 90/91.
The area has several supermarkets and shops for any need.

Wonderful single room in Milan, equipped with a large balcony that makes it very bright. The room has a double bed, bedside table and desk with lamp and a wardrobe with double doors and internal drawers. Ideal solution for international university students and young workers! Inside the room there is air conditioning.
ALL BILLS ARE INCLUDED up to 50 euro of expenses per month (if you will do a normal amount of usage, you would not have to pay for it!).
After the payment of the first month rent on HousingAnywhere, to finalize the reservation, the tenant has to pay the deposit and the admin fee. The admin fee covers:
-weekly cleaning service of the common areas for the entire duration of the contract;
- contract registration fees (registration tax, stamps and registration fee);
-maintenance.
Contracts can't end on 30 of April - 31 of May - 30 of June.
Cancelling contract in advance is possible with three months notice period only after three months contract. If you cancel the contract before the natural ending you have to pay 200€ penalty.
