We are small and happy family with two school level children. We live in mid town of Kathmandu valley. We have two floor big house. Each floor has 5 rooms included kitchen, dining, toilet and bath rooms. We have 20 bed rooms and our family use 4 bed rooms out of 20. We have separated 16 bed rooms for Guest.
As I mentioned above, we have 10 single and 6 common comfortable rooms with single and double bed with attached toilet and bathroom rooms.
We have a large kitchen and separate dining room that opens into a wide lovely garden and traditional village.
We live in common social community. Our home is mid of society. So, you will feel that you are in between of Hindu and Buddhist communities. Because Bungamati is located in Lalitpur as ancient village.
We have a secondary school in Bungamati. You can teach as a volunteer in our school too.
About our communities and Nepal
Kathmandu is capital city of Nepal where you can see many traditional skills, knowledge and cultures from different faces of difference peoples. It is a big valley surrounded with rankings green and icy mountain. Kathmandu is called the old city of God and Goddess. So, you can sight temple of Hindus and Buddhists' everywhere. You can take a lot of advantages when you will be here. Because I am a local video graph-er and I can assist you for all about your interest.

We can see the 16 hundreds years old historic Red Machhindra nath live ratha moving festival this year. This festival is on coming 25 Sep 2015 to 15 Oct 2015. This Machhindra nath is in Bungamati place near this home stay.
We have restaurant business named Bunker Hill too
Bunker Hill Pub and Grill is located in Kupondole Height on the way to Summit Hotel with a very pleasant atmosphere for all the classes of people. Where a guest can find a very relaxing environment throughout the day that means from morning 07:00 AM till Late night. We are open at 07:00 AM for breakfast, tea and coffee. At 12:00 noon we start Lunch till 3:00 PM. From 3:00 PM till 6:00 PM we have Happy Hour and sandwich time. For dinner 6:00 PM till 9:00PM and Kitchen closes. After that we continue with bar till late according to the Government's laws about closings.
People can find three different places with different atmosphere at Bunker Hill. We have a small place outdoor. A very pleasant place with couches inside and the Bar area.
We have a private parking place.
We have all together around 80 sittings.
We have the total space of 1500 Sq. Feet. We have a plan to have a next three outlets in one year time duration. After having four outlets, the next expansions will be with a Fine Dining Restaurant. Bar and a Banquet Hall.
Events: Bunker Hill is coming up to the guests with different events every month. We are going to celebrate all the festivals of Nepali calendar plus we will organize events, parties and festivals on our own.
Besides the parties mentioned above we do the private parties like birthday parties, wedding parties, etc. as per the guests' request. But for the kind information we will take the reservation for the parties only if it is not during the weekends.
Music and entertainment with bar: Music, in today's modern days became an essential need to regulate a life of a mankind. Music has a power to get relaxed and enjoy among the people themselves. We are again different in music. We play various kind of western house music with Djs during the weekends that are Fridays and Saturdays. We play Latin music with salsa dance once a week, live band and classic music performance once a week or twice a week according to the demand of the guests.
