Within a few meters you can find supermarkets and restaurants, all you need to enjoy a relaxed life in the local environment of Lanzarote. The house is a few minutes drive from Puerto del Carmen. Interior features, 3 bright bedrooms, two bathrooms, equipped kitchen, spacious living room, terrace and an outdoor bed to enjoy the sunsets. Local style decoration with wooden beams decorating the ceilings and the Canarian bernegal, an ancient stone of more than 100 years that was used to filter water. Summary: We had a great time at the villa. We liked the location, being away from busier tourist areas. The outdoor space is private. There were plenty of facilities and the kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need. We walked into Tias to go to some of the local restaurants and they were all fantastic. We also had a car to go out and see lots and there is very easy parking at the villa. We had the pool heated and it was still quite chilly! I would have expected that it would be unusable without this. It was quite expensive for the heating though which would be my only complaint about it. We did think twice about this given the price. Beds were comfortable and there is air conditioning although we didn't need to use it in our stay. There are great views out to sea from the outdoor area and kitchen. Great communication from the host and the check in and out process was very easy. Great extra information from the host too.
