Positive: Great location, spacious apartment
Negative: Poorly managed/maintained by Vacasa and the local maintenance company. We couldn’t use shower for our entire stay of eight days, because shower handle was broken before us. I keep requesting to repair it every day. Vacasa was keep promising to repair ASAP. But, the local maintenance never done the repair. Sad experience with renting this apartment via Booking/Vacasa. Next time I will be renting directly via Purgatory Lodging to avoid this situation.
Summary: Great location, but poorly managed by Vacasa and local maintenance company
