Summary: Room curtains didn’t close , had to use 2 hangers to close so to minimize daylight, 2 lamps had burnt out bulbs. No towels in pool area. Pool liner is floating so as you walk in the pool the liners moves around. Water level in hot tub low so water isn’t coming out without spurting. Asked for towels and was told to go back to my room rather than him offering some from housekeeping
