Bright Apartment a few steps away from Nicolò dei Mendicoli Church in Dorsoduro. Located in a quiet and very accessible area. The apartment is modern and equipped with everything you will need during your stay! Wi-Fi & Air-Con. Ca Terese is a recently renovated apartment located on a quiet canal of Dorsoduro, just opposite the beautiful Church of San Nicolo dei Mendicoli, Venice's oldest church. It is ideal for people who want to experience the real Venetian lifestyle and enjoy this characteristic neighborhood. Ca Terese is on the third floor, but it's really worth the "climb"! It is very welcoming and bright, it has a spacious living area with exposed beams, and an open-plan kitchen. There is wi-fi and air conditioning. The kitchen is fully fitted with a fridge-freezer, gas cooker, electric oven, microwave, electric kettle, bread-toaster, double sinks, and most importantly, since you will be enjoying a holiday: a dishwasher! To make your stay even more comfortable, we have also equipped Ca Terese with a hair dryer, a washing machine, clothes lines, an iron and ironing board. The apartment is heated in the cold season, air conditioning and fans are available in the summer, and all bedding and towels are provided. There is a king-size bed in the main bedroom. The second, smaller bedroom can accommodate two guests on bunk beds. There is also a super comfortable double sofa bed in the living room. Therefore, the apartment can accommodate up to six guests. Furthermore, a baby cot is available. If you are looking for comfortable self-catering accommodation in a quiet location with easy access to the sights of Venice, Ca Terese is ideal. - VERY IMPORTANT: Tourist tax is NOT included in the price, and must be paid upon check-in. In Venice the price is € 4 per person per night. Children up to 10 years old do not pay tourist taxes. You will also need to present an ID for each guest, as we must declare all arrivals to the city of Venice within 24 hours of arrival. Check-in is from 14:00 to 23:00 (2pm to 11pm). However, should you arrive before 14:00 (2pm), you can leave your luggage at the apartment from 10:30 AM - please contact us in advance to make arrangements. If you arrive after 20:00 (8pm) there is an extra cost of € 20. We DO NOT accept check-ins after 23:00 (11pm). We will meet you at the apartment for check-ins. Therefore, we ask you to please tell us as early as possible at what time you plan to arrive in Venice and how (train, plane, etc.). That way, we can give you the most accurate information on how to reach the apartment, and better organize your check-in.
