Your classic Portland home away from home is a lovingly restored 1800s Queen Anne Victorian style 3-story home conveniently located a short walking distance from Portland's Old Port shopping district, Maine Medical Center, multiple sporting venues, and dozens of fabulous restaurants. You have the entire first-floor apartment to yourself, with 2 bedrooms, a full bath, and a fully equipped eat-in kitchen. There is shared laundry in the basement, high-speed fiber-optic, and free on-street parking.
Rich established gardens and an original stained glass entryway welcome you to your clean, comfortable, and charming space.
The lovely, light-filled bedrooms feature top quality LLBean bedding and cozy Pendleton wool blankets. There is a comfortable living room highlighted by gorgeous Italian leather chairs, as well as additional seating in the light-filled turret, and a fully-equipped eat-in kitchen.
The apartment offers two Roku TVs with multiple streaming subscriptions, a Bose bluetooth speaker, and a heat pump to keep the space toasty warm in the winter and comfortably cool in the summer, all while limiting environmental impact.

As noted, parking can be harder to find later in the day. There is a paid lot nearby and we can typically offer an on site spot for $40/night. Also, space is a little tight in the bathroom. Width around the toilet is just a little more wide than a toilet. Also the tub is claw foot so requires stepping in and out.
