Summary: We booked this property for a month in March 2024 for our family of 4. The best part of this property by far was the backyard pool and lounging area. Amazing! The home was a new build and was comfortable for 4 people. My complaint would be with communicating with Louisa and her staff. She responded quickly when we were booking but once we got to the property it took days to get a response from her team. I have been home for 2 1/2 months and still don’t have my damage deposit back. I would have definitely rented this property again but will not because of the lack of or slow communication throughout our stay and frustration of not getting the money that Louisa said we are owed. I held back on submitting this review for a reasonable amount of time to give Louisa a chance to make this right. Unfortunately I am still waiting.
