The luxury oceanfront home in Sea Pines at 23 Red Cardinal has a new kitchen, new bathrooms, new flooring, new paint, furniture and a total remodel. There are seven bedrooms and seven baths. Double Master Suites upstairs and downstairs have king size beds with en suite gorgeous bathrooms. There are two junior master suites with king size beds on the second floor. On the main floor are six built in bunk beds with one a queen, one double, two twins and two XL twins. The other two guest rooms upstairs have a queen and a twin in each room. Fabulous location and easy access to over $100 Million in amenities at Sea Pines Resort. Walk to the Sea Pines Beach Club and Plantation Club Golf Courses. Gorgeous new outdoor covered veranda with large screen TV, fireplace and new grill area provides you with shade and a spectacular ocean view while you relax in the shade. Your vacation rental includes bike rentals and beach gear with your stay.
Upon entering this spacious home, Red Cardinal greets you with incredible views of the Atlantic Ocean from the foyer. The main level of the home features a large open living room with floor to ceiling picture windows overlooking the pool and ocean. The living room features a 80" flat screen. There is a formal dining room and beautifully equipped oversize gourmet kitchen on this level as well. French doors open out onto the large pool deck with panoramic ocean views and featuring a private pool/jacuzzi and a private beach access. You can heat the pool and hot tub for $800 per week from September to May.
There are two bedrooms on the first level. The master bedroom is furnished with a king size bed, new flat screen TV, brand new large private bath with soaking tub, huge glass step in shower, a double vanity and a separate water closet. This bedroom also features beautiful views of the pool and ocean. Also on this level is the other bedroom furnished with six bunk beds, one is a queen bed, one is a double bed, two twin beds and two XL twin beds. Flat screen and brand new full bath for the guest room.
Up a few stairs you will find a mid level that has 2 bedrooms. One of the bedrooms on this level is furnished with a King size bed, 32" flat screen TV and DVD player and a brand new private bath with walk in shower combo. The second bedroom on this floor is furnished with a queen bed and one twin bed, large flat screen TV and a private bath with walk in shower.
Up a few more stairs you will find a landing area with a comfortable sitting area and a view to the living area below. This level has 3 more bedrooms. The second master bedroom is on this level. This bedroom is furnished with a King size bed and features a private glass walled balcony that overlooks the pool and has incredible panoramic views of the Atlantic Ocean! This bedroom is also furnished with a large flat screen" TV and a large private bathroom featuring a soaking tub, step in shower, double vanity and a separate water closet.
Also on the third level you will find another bedroom furnished with a King bed. This room has a private balcony with ocean views, a large flat screen TV and full en suite luxury bath updated with soaking tub and step in shower.The third bedroom on the top floor has another double bed and twin bed with large flat screen and another luxury bath to enjoy.
On the top floor, there is a seating area with large flat screen TV, fold out couch and DVD player so you can watch your favorite shows or movies.
From the landing area, a unique feature of this home are stairs that leads to a glass enclosed Widow's Walk where you can welcome home traveling sailors and watch for dolphins and shrimp boats!
