Positive: The staff was super friendly and helpful. The room was specious and had a nice viewer over the mountains. Tje onseen/spa was very beautiful and well equipped with products of high-quality. The scuttlebus was a great and important service since the hotel is located abot far away from the central parts of Beppu.
Negative: Unfortunatly the pool was closed, during our stay since it was only available during weekends in July. In our case it was unfortunate, because we had booked this hotel because it had a pool. The Onseen/spa was very nice, beautiful and well equiped. The bathroom was abit damp warn down.
