-Welcome Our newly remodeled, modern house! -Perfect opportunity for the family to stay together under one roof at less expense than area hotels. We located in Gulf Breeze, FL ! We are happy to accommodate up to 6 guests at our home, with plenty of extra space to enjoy.
As you enter from the street and pull directly and park in front of the garage! You can walk up to the courtyard , there will be a lock box right in front of the door !
Let’s the fun begin since you walking in the house ! Our house is open concept from the living room with a cozy sectional to relax , have some fun with foosball game, board games, puzzles, and books for all ages.
The spacious, single-floor interior showcases stylish coastal decor and all the modern must-haves you need to slip into vacation mode with ease. The open-concept living area welcomes group gatherings with plush seating and a smart TV. -For the chef of the group, enjoy a kitchen full of stainless steel appliances, including a dishwasher for stress-free home cooking. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you might need during your stay, including initial coffee, spices, and condiments. -The dining area, which borders the open kitchen, has seating for 6 at the dining table. This is a very special home for families traveling together. -Home essentials include central air-conditioning, free WiFi, and a private washer/dryer.
THINGS TO KNOW
-There is no cable available.The fireplace is not available for guest use.Streaming is available using your accounts. The garage is not for hire!
-There are two guest bedrooms, one features a queen size bed, and the second - 2 of queen beds.
All bedrooms have newly furnished mattresses, upscale bedding, and ceiling fans.
The beautiful, fenced backyard is a gem! Protected lands surround the back of the house. You won’t need to leave to feel like you’re on vacation. Let the kids run around the large, grassy yard while you relax. The covered patio area with a gas grill gives you the opportunity to spend cozy BBQ evenings outdoors with plenty of seating to dine.
Laundry room has a full-size washer and dryer.
-You will have private access to the entire home with your own front door security code. The code changes with every reservation, door codes will be given the day of check-in.
Non-Smoking Property, this includes vaping. Please, understand, there are professional cigarette/vaping alarms installed that can only be deactivated by police or a manager.
There are security cameras on the front exterior, the back patio, and the Ring doorbell. For your safety and security, the cameras will remain on.
CANCELLATIONS POLICIES
Free cancellations up to 30 days of your arrival date.
Holiday reservations are non-refundable, Blue Angels, 4th of July, Christmas, New Year’s Eve, Thanksgiving, Easter, Memorial Day, Labor Day.
-Due to insurance liability requirements, minimum age for the reservation is 25 yrs. old.
