Rosebud Hideaway is a gorgeous newly renovated holiday house with oodles of funky style. The property has lovely garden areas, with mature trees and shrubs, plus backyard lawn and is located in a quiet Rosebud street. As soon as you walk in, the sense of style and tranquillity takes over, and you can immediately start to enjoy everything that a beachside holiday has to offer.
Rosebud Hideaway has great space and loads of atmosphere for 2 families or a group friends to enjoy, with 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom and 2 living/TV areas and accommodates up to 6 people. Rosebud Hideaway strikes a great balance between quiet seaside location, yet beach, Rosebud Pier and shops are easily reached on foot and only 15min walk away.
Starting at the front of the property, the airy open plan lounge has a Coonara heater plus dining room and kitchen area. The polished timber floors and white walls with floor to ceiling windows says modern Australian beach house. Sit back and relax with a good book in winter and warm to the glow of the Coonara.
Sliding side door leads to the outdoors with BBQ, dining table. Kids can run around the backyard or kick the footy. Imagine balmy summer nights out here, as you relax with a glass of a crisp Prosecco in hand.
Move to the rear of the house and a second lounge room with 2 comfy couches, TV and split heater/air-conditioning unit…perfect for nights in with the family. Kids (and big kids) will love the PlayStation in this room on those rainy days.
The kitchen at Rosebud Hideaway is functional with of bench space for meal-time preparation, all the cooking gear plus crockery, cutlery is on hand, so you can cater for all, from family dinners to the kid’s snacks.
At Rosebud Hideaway the 3 bedrooms are well sized, fresh, modern and light filled. Plenty of storage with built-in wardrobes in all bedrooms. Curtains are on bedroom windows, floors are polished timber, and all new pretty bedding detail is included when you stay.
Little extra details such as bedside tables and lamps round out the bedrooms.
Wet zone includes, family bathroom is neat, with separate bath, great for families with young children plus separate shower (toilet is separate too).
All new bath towels are supplied for each guest. The laundry has a washing machine, tub, plus iron+ironing board and more.

• The entire property is fully fenced, which is great peace of mind for parents and pet owners. Plenty of space on the property beyond the secure front fence/gate, for car, boats and trailers to park in driveway or in the carport.

• Wifi is availbe for guest use, so why not bring the laptop and combine work and a bit of play in Rosebud or log on to your Netflix account and catch up on the latest offerings.

Pets are allowed by arrangement and guests must disclose and seek advice on this before a booking can be confirmed. Note the property is fully fenced.
