The overall architecture of this custom-built home is Spanish Californian, with traditional and elegant accents throughout the entire home. This home sits on top of a hill, with breathtaking views of rolling hills, large estates of Fairbanks Ranch, canyons views both in front and back yard with a stream, wildlife, horse trails, hiking paths and more! The vision of this beautifully spacious interior is crisp white walls as you walk into the grand entrance that is welcoming and impressive! Warm wood floors and beams, 20-foot vaulted ceiling combined with a large scaled fireplace, and stone-look console table add touches of splendor. A sectional sofa with hand selected designer fabrics adds softness and comfort in an otherwise formal room. Accent seating and beautifully sculpted cocktail table compete the look for this area. This is a room for hanging out with the family or entertaining with friends.
Outdoor patio area:
Due to the location and architectural layout of the home, the vision of this space is a comfortable 5 Star retreat. As the three huge pocket doors disappear into the wall, it’s difficult to determine whether you are indoors or out. With a beautifully landscaped vanishing edge saltwater pool and Jacuzzi in the distance, and gorgeous Spanish traditional tile surround the fireplace, this spot is the place to be used year-round. A custom designed floor to ceiling drapery will close off the space to block out the elements or if you are looking for some extra privacy. There is a large sectional sofa, along with oversized chairs and the console table has 4 additional hidden seats. A nine foot shuffleboard table sits behind the couch welcoming those with a bit of a competitive spirit. A ping pone table is also available in the garage.
Master Suite: Large master bedroom with built in smart TV, surround sound, DVD player, sliding doors with invisible screens that lead out to the Jacuzzi and saltwater pool. Exquisite ceiling to floor black out drapery when a good night sleep is needed or shear drapery when you want to smuggle up on the massage bed and read a book or watch one of your favorite movies.

Summary: We have stayed in close to a 100 vacation rentals over the last 2 decades and this was easily in the top 3 properties. The photos don’t do it justice.Right from the beginning the communications with the owner were prompt and full of details and info. Communication was easy before, during and after the trip. All questions were prompt and quickly addressed. The property itself is gorgeous - huge, elegantly decorated rooms and bathrooms akin to a villa in Europe. There was a tv in each bedroom in addition to the family room. The outside likewise is huge with beautiful views and a gorgeous pool. The views both front and back are fantastic and plenty of things to do that the owner has provided. The garden is beautiful and large too. The owner graciously let us use the hot tub even tho it was over New Years and not pool weather. Similarly there are wood burning fireplaces if you want. The owner voluntarily told us when the house was cleaned ahead of schedule that we could arrive early. And on departure we were allowed to do a late checkout without any problems. The linens and kitchen stuff were more than adequate and the appliances are top of the line. However the best part for me were the cute chickens that I grew attached to. In return for feeding them every day they rewarded us with plenty of fresh eggs during our stay. That was the icing on the cake :)
