Our place is located less than a 20 min drive from Sky Harbor Airport and Old Town Scottsdale. The condo complex has a beautiful resort style heated pool/spa, adjacent to clubhouse with fitness gym and tech center.
This 2 bd/2 ba condo is tastefully furnished & redecorated. Unit has new stainless steel appliances including a full size, french door refrigerator with water/ice in the door and full size front-loading washer & dryer. The fully stocked kitchen has granite counter tops and plenty of pots and pans to whip up a gourmet meal! The dining area has a dining table that seats 4-6. The living room has a cozy leather sofa with 2 built-in recliners, where you can enjoy the 60" wall-mounted Smart TV. The master bedroom has a dreamy king sized bed, 2 bedside tables with reading lamps, with dresser and clothes hanging space. There is a 55" Smart TV in the Master Suite. The Master bathroom has a newly remodeled walk-in travertine shower and toilet, separated by a door from the vanity area, with granite counter tops.
Start your day in the complex with a work out in the work out room or walk/run on the path that is close by. Relax by the large Resort-style pool with an ample, comfortable lounging area - separate hot tub, and clubhouse to relax in, if desired. Cook a meal in the fully stocked kitchen or BBQ on one of the gourmet gas grills just steps away.
The area has great shopping & amazing restaurants sure to satisfy everyone's taste. Enjoy all activities available in Phoenix area - sporting events - golfing - tennis - hiking and art shows & markets just to name a few. The condo complex is conveniently situated between the 51 and AZ 101 freeways at Shea and 54th. It is north of Old Town, it is really in the center of Scottsdale. The Scottsdale Healthcare hospital complex is right down the street. Plenty of retail is a just blocks away, such as the amazing Fry's Marketplace (with covered parking), Trader Joes, Whole Foods, and much more. For casual to formal dining, there are many affordable and high end options close by.
We have a large pantry with staples, that are available for guest use. Flour, sugar, oil, vinegar, etc. Anything in the refrigerator (salad dressings, condiments, etc) are available for guest use, as well.
