Welcome to my seaside villa, with free parking and swimming pool, overlooking the beautiful cliffs of Cervo. Modern and elegant, it offers a double bedroom, living room with sofa bed that can be modified on request, fully equipped kitchen, bathroom, utility room with washing machine, courtyard with sun loungers, parasol and dining table, designed for those who want to enjoy a totally relaxing holiday.
The cottage has:
Suite: With a comfortable double bed, a large wardrobe to store your belongings and a smart tv with Netflix.
Living Area: With Wi-Fi connection, a fully equipped kitchen, an extendable table, smart TV with Netflix access for your digital entertainment, and a comfortable sofa bed that can be modified upon request, making the flat suitable for a total of 6 people.
Bathroom Area: equipped with shower, bidet, toilet, and sink.
Storage Area: with washing machine and a large cabinet, where you can store your luggage.
Outdoor Area: also available is a large area, with a dining table, parasol and deckchair for sunbathing in total relaxation.
Attention in the outside area: some works have been carried out to put the paving, unfortunately we have not been able to finish it before the summer season and the structure, has small holes and some pipes coming out of the ground, nothing dangerous and relevant to the stay, but it is right to point it out to the guests.
Private parking space: inside the residence where the cottage is located, a numbered, dedicated parking space will be available for our guests.
Pool Access: there will also be free access to the splendid freshwater pool, which overlooks the coastline with spectacular views.
Intimate beach access: following a small path, a 3-minute walk will allow you to relax in a beautiful, intimate, rocky beach.
The check-in phase will be carried out in complete autonomy thanks to a self-check-in system. On the day of your arrival, you will receive all the necessary instructions for accessing the residence and the cottage and for registering your identity card or passport (which must be done no later than 24 hours from the time of check-in, as required by Italian law). Similarly, upon check-out, you may leave the residence independently.
