Positive: I never interacted with the "Owner" but the management group, Vacasa, were amazing. I had several A/C problems, and they promptly handle the issues including showing up personally to assist. I also really liked the location. It's close to Ormond Beach, Daytona and Flagler Beach and only 90 minutes to Orlando. It is also close to restaurants, bars and grocery stores. Neighbors were pleasant and the beach was only 100 yds away.
Negative: The house was comfortable and well equipped, but the furnishings are pretty dated. The lawn was dead not being watered, with the lawn sprinklers being capped off.
