The condo is an easy walk to several restaurants as well as a large Raley’s grocery store and Incline Village’s 18-hole Championship Golf Course and restaurant. A nearby trail leads straight to the shores of Lake Tahoe, about a 20 - minute walk, while Diamond Peak Ski Resort is an easy 10-minute drive away.
The condo’s main level is accessed through the private one-car garage, equipped with ski, snowboard, and boot storage, or through the covered front porch, and is decked out with gorgeous hardwood floors. The front entryway has a large closet for boots, coats, and shoes, while the main level bedroom has a comfy queen bed and down comforter, small desk, and sizeable closet.
