Summary: We recently stayed at this property and while there were some positives, unfortunately the overall experience left much to be desired. Highlights: The space itself is comfortable, well-designed, and spacious. It came equipped with modern appliances and had everything we needed in terms of functionality and layout. Lowlights: The service was disappointing. We requested extra towels and only received them 36 hours later, after three follow-ups through the support channel on the app. Upon arrival, we found the bathroom floor dirty, which raised immediate concerns about the cleanliness of the space. Additionally, one power outlet next to the bed wasn’t working, and the closet drawer in front of the bed was broken with exposed nails, which was particularly concerning as we were traveling with our young child. Most notably, we were not informed in advance that the pool was out of service—a major letdown since we chose this property specifically for the pool access for our child. Lastly, the gym was extremely basic, well below the standard of any hotel I’ve ever stayed at. Overall, while the apartment had potential, the lack of basic maintenance, poor service, and missing amenities made our stay far less enjoyable than expected.
