Summary: Hotel and rooms are nice and spacious by NYC standard. Staff are friendly and helpful—so a big thank you to them! And the Sonder hotel concept using technology is and interesting one. HOWEVER the technology is half baked! We stayed at the Sonder Battery Park NY for almost 10 days and needed guest support to come open our room door pretty much every day. The phone App to open the door only worked once!!! Horrible…
