Summary: Just to keep things in perspective, the issues I had seemed to be temporary due to construction but none the less what I experienced. The room was extremely hot. When I called down to the front desk to ask about it, they told me it was a known issue and should be fixed the next day. It was very hot for a couple days and then a little more managable the rest of the week but I had to keep the balcony door open the entire time (Febuary) just to keep the room at a manageable temp. The water also randomly and repeatedly went from scalding hot to cold during my showers which was fun. Other than that, its a no frills hotel but clean (aside from the construction) and in a good location (right across from the train station). I chose this place because of its location and the gym which is actually offsite but thats not a big deal. I might give it a try again and hope its better next time.
