This beautifully renovated, eco-friendly barn sleeps ten guests and is situated in 15 acres of lovely, unspoilt countryside within the Dartmoor National Park making this the perfect getaway for families or couples looking for that quiet rural retreat, yet surrounding themselves with luxurious home comforts. And, with no light or traffic pollution and just two neighbouring properties, it's the perfect spot for nature lovers and star gazers. Inside, the property has an abundance of downstairs living space with the open-plan kitchen/dining/living room providing excellent space for entertaining with floor-to-ceiling height of 21ft in the living area and a wood burner with a flue - the perfect place to relax in front of the fire with a glass of wine and a good book. The kitchen is exceptionally equipped, boasting from two electric ovens, grills and an induction hob. For those coffee lovers, there is an integrated SMEG coffee machine - just remember to pack your coffee beans! At the other end of the barn is a cosy snug with yet another wood burner and TV/SKY HD. Evenings or rainy days can be spent in the games room where it has a full-size snooker table. Four good-sized bedrooms can be found on the first floor all featuring exposed beams and the master bedroom has its own staircase leading off from the living area. This bedroom has a freestanding bath within it with lovely garden views. From the other end of the property, stairs lead up to three further, inviting bedrooms. Fingle Bridge is also 2 miles from the property, where a good food pub sits on the River Teign, providing excellent home cooked food, Sunday carverys and breathtaking scenery. For those hot summer days, the river provides many bathing areas and places to enjoy a picnic.
