To our guests; We provided 100% refunds of any monies that had been prepaid by renters impacted by the pandemic! We do sanitize between guests. With safety in mind we are choosing to block out days between rentals. The home is always "detail cleaned" as recommended by CDC and then some! We have and do limit the number of weeks rented overall during the calendar year. This home is not a typical rental as it is extremely well maintained and offered on a limited schedule.
Our Home is very well located, on the island itself and on a wide waterway with Southeastern exposure. We enjoy sunrise from the dinette, lanai, master, patio or dock. There are expansive walls of sliding glass doors that allow for unobstructed water views from most areas of this home. You will enjoy the higher end furnishing as well as 2500 square feet under air. Volume ceilings, paddle fans, transom windows, ceramic floors, and a great floor plan will make your stay a great memory.
We have numerous areas to enjoy eating, viewing the water, enjoying the sun. There is a den, formal dining room, a cozy family room and laundry room.
Kayaks, bicycles, beach chairs etc. are included. Oh, yes, you can walk to the beach! It is about a a mile stroll to Residence Beach and 1-1/4 mile to the first "public access".
We are the owners of the property and will be flexible in working with you. Pets are permitted.. The dates of your stay may be adjusted to fit your needs. Just contact us.
