This immaculate two-story colonial is located only 987 feet from Scarborough State Beach! Welcome to this 4-bedroom, 3 full bathroom property that offers ocean views from the main level and from 3 of the bedrooms.
The main level offers a bright open floor plan with a spacious kitchen, dining room, family room, full bathroom, and 1 bedroom. There are 3 stools for informal dining at the kitchen bar and the dining room table comfortably seats 7. The family room has a 40" flat screen TV and a sitting area that faces the gas fireplace. The full bathroom has a shower-stall only and includes the washer and dryer. The bedroom on this floor has a trundle bed (2 twin size beds), nightstand, dresser and ceiling fan.
On the second floor, you will find lovely ocean views from all 3 bedrooms. Wake up and soak in the view from the master bedroom en-suite that boasts a vaulted ceiling and a private ocean facing deck. The master bedroom has a queen size bed, 2 nightstands, triple dresser, chest of drawers, desk, 32" TV, and a ceiling fan. The 3rd bedroom faces the ocean and holds a queen size bed, triple dresser, vanity, and a ceiling fan. The 4th bedroom has a queen size bed, nightstand, chest of drawers, leather sofa, and a ceiling fan. Additionally, there is a full bathroom located in the hallway with a shower-stall only.
The exterior has a backyard deck, outdoor shower and yard. The deck includes a table that seats 4 and a gas grill (grilling utensils are included) for guests to enjoy a cookout. After a day at the beach, rinse off in the outdoor shower that has hot and cold running water. Please note, that the outdoor shower is not fully enclosed.
Additional amenity charges for summer guests: Professionally laundered bedsheets, bath towels, and light comforters are provided for all occupants. Beds are made only once, prior to arrival (multiple week guests will have linens dropped off starting their 2nd week). Multiple week guests are charged the linen fee per week at a discounted rate. Beach towels are not included. Guests that book 14 nights or greater will be charged an additional $25 cleaning fee. All reservations are subject to a reservation, cleaning and linen fee, and all applicable state and local tax.
Pet fee: Pet friendly on a case by case basis (0-25lbs). If approved there will be a $200.00 nonrefundable pet fee per pet, an additional $50.00 cleaning fee per pet, and the security deposit collected will total $700.00.
