On the 1st floor: a large bedroom with 1 bed 140 and a large relaxation room with reading and music corner (contemporary atmosphere, fireplace insert). Also access to this level by an entrance on the street.
On the 2nd floor: office area and television on the mezzanine. 4 bedrooms: 2 with 1 bed 140 each and 2 other bedrooms with for one, 1 bed 140 and 1 bed 90, and the last with 1 bed 90. 2 shower rooms with toilet. Each room has a particular tone. Possibility of 2 additional beds on a convertible sofa.
Covered terrace with traditional bread oven for pizza evenings. Leisure area with self-supporting swimming pool from early June to September depending on the weather and ping-pong table. Enclosed grounds of 600 m².
The immediate environment provides many pleasures through the presence of nature and the proximity of the communal site of the washhouse and the pond. The sunset on the horizon in front of the illuminated fountain is the most beautiful of postcards... Nearby forests ideal for walks, as well as the villages of Saint-Seine-l'Abbaye, Salmaise, Flavigny-sur-Ozerain. The jewels that are Bussy-Rabutin, Fontenay, Semur-en-Auxois or the Forges de Buffon can be day trips without forgetting Dijon and the Côte des vins.
