Positive: The house was on a resort with a pool lazy river and restaurant/ bar facilities just as well as the pool in the house was green stagnant water
Negative: We had no Ac for 4 days even though customer services said they sent an engineer each of the 4 days . We had two different pool cleaners who insisted it was clean we sent pictures the pool wasn’t safe to use 3 little kids and a baby . Luckily we had the resort pool. Couldn’t get ice or water out the fridge as the filter needed changing. We reported this 3/4 times gave up in the end . They offered us a discount of which unless I opened a USA bank account we couldn’t have it !! A lot disappointed
Summary: Great house as long as the ac works the pool is clean and a filter on the fridge lovely resort area
