You can take the provided kayaks right out on the private dock, sit at the private beach enjoying the hammock and fire pit, take in the spectacular sunset overlooking the marsh right from the front porch, or just relax in the pool. This stunning home is the perfect home for your Crystal River vacation.
The upper level has 2 bedrooms with king beds , a large living room, formal dining room and featuring a gourmet kitchen, complete with professional grade Viking appliances, pull out pantry, wine cooler and large island with additional seating. This is truly one of the best "chef's kitchen" on the market!
The lower level is detached from the upstairs unit and has a large room with a queen bed, a double/twin bunk bed and futon, and steps right out to the large, screened in patio.
The covered patio is perfect for entertaining with lots of seating, TV seating area, ping pong table and pool with lounge chairs, it is the perfect space! In the backyard enjoy the private beach, lay in the hammock or sit out around the fire pit. The house has 3 kayaks for you to use or bring your boat to dock on the private docks. The canal is just .5 miles from Crystal River and 3 miles out to the Gulf. Perfect home for scalloping and fishing!
