Positive: The accommodation looked exactly the same liken in the pictures. The view from the terrace is truly stunning - better then from anywhere else. The hosts both Peter and Patricia were very helpful - responded immediately, very kind and friendly. The location is perfect. 20 metres from the bus stop - the bus number 123, takes you directly to Port Authority Bus Station on 42street, the bus ride takes max 25 minutes. After a long day spent on busy and noisy Manhattan one can feel absolutely relieved to be back in quiet and very friendly neighbourhood, sitting on the terrace, hearing the birds singing an enjoying the peaceful and magnificent view at the Central and Lower Manhattan. Near the accommodation are many shops, fantastic Bakery where you get fresh bread, buns, doughnuts, coffee, milk, eggs, and lots of more anytime of the day and night!!
Summary: I have stayed in NYC many times in many places - this was unbeatable - definitely will return.
