The apartment building is just a walking distance from Petco Park, Gaslamp, and the convention center!
You will have access to the whole apartment and all of the building's common areas.

Sports Lounge, Game Room, Courtyards, Grilling Areas, Fire Pits, Golf Simulator/Putting Green, Salt water pools, 24 hour fitness center and much, much more!
We warn you that you may end up deciding to cancel any travel plans you've made for your visit to San Diego in order to just stay in, as our building offers so many incredible features that allow for a unique living experience that can make it hard to leave. Guests are provided with access to the entirety of the buildings amenities including balconies that offer 360° views looking out over the bay and city, salt water pools, grill areas, fire pits, arcade/game rooms and a full service gym.
The apartment itself is fully furnished to ensure that you feel as comfortable as you would at home. We have a Keurig, bidet, full cooking set up, Chromecast, high speed internet, a comfortable bed, clean sheets and a full bathroom available to our guests.
External to the living space, guests have access to multiple pools, balconies and common areas that provide a next level experience. The game room comes fully equipped with free arcade games, bowling, indoor golf simulator and a number of other fun activities. We are able to offer heated salt water pools, balconies with views into the Padre stadium and all of downtown San Diego, and many other amenities that are detailed elsewhere in this listing!
Parking is not available on the premises. Paid parking can be found on the street, or in local lots and garages. It is
very common for certain parking lots and garages to be closed due to San Diego Padres games. A schedule of these
games can be found in the unit, or by a quick internet search. Public transport, foot travel, and ridesharing
services are highly encouraged.
