There’s a 33 x 14 free-form heated pool with attached Jacuzzi spa, stone waterfall, and sun shelf, which is great for little ones! Relax under the oversized tiki hut complete with a wet bar, summer kitchen, and 65-inch flat-screen televisions. You can even launch a kayaking adventure or just sit in the sun and fish from your own private boat dock!
The residence features 4,500 square feet of meticulously finished living space, comprising three distinct living areas and three dining areas, one of which features a custom 11-foot table with seating for 14.
