The Villa is two floor, five bedroom house, built in a modern minimalist style, replete with swimming pool and gym. All the bedrooms, living rooms, kitchen and dining room face the ocean. The ground floor is open plan, allowing for a sumptuous living space across the house's full length. The tones are white, blue, earthen, with a dash of red.
The kitchen is a showcase piece, by Binova of Italy, with Miele appliances, including convection oven and gas hobs. The granite top kitchen island connects to an adjustable-height kitchen table. Villa Summer Estate has all types of cook and bakeware, including an Illy Espresso machine, waffle maker and Bodum blender. There is also a Thai kitchen outside, by the servant's quarters, with laundry machines.
