The Space:
Well, Sunshine Water House gives you comfort in spades.
We’ve thought of everything, and the house in itself is an experience on its own.
Trust me, it’s the home you’ll keep coming back to, and we’ll be happy to have you every time.
The place is big, and each room is made to feel like it’s yours.
Sunshine Water House sleeps a maximum of 8 guests, but we do have an air mattress that we can add.
It's wonderfully spacious and furnished as if people actually live there.
After all, it is my home, and yes, we do have impeccable taste.
Located on a beautiful canal, “boaters paradise," when you enter through our strikingly yellow front door, you’ll understand what all the fuss is about.
As all four cars pull up and park safely on the property, you’ll begin to understand why Sunshine Water House is so special.
It’s not just a house that sleeps eight.
It’s your home that you can share with 7 others.
Everything you need to enjoy yourself and your time in Dania Beach is right at your fingertips... you may not even want to leave the house.
It does happen.
The finishes have been thought out meticulously.
We have an eye for detail, and you’ll notice that our house and your favorite spot in Florida has been given every bit of love and care that real owners give their homes.
We have exposed wooden beams in the living room.
Exposed wooden beams… they're beautiful, all those modern touches softened with just a touch of natural timber.
But before you venture outdoors and really get your money’s worth, our kitchen feels as if it were brought to life from a designer catalog... Well, it was, pretty much.
The House:
It’s stunning, with an open plan feel so that everyone can gather and be a part of the process, or just a few who can still be a part of the fun as the house does lend itself to an inclusive, open plan design.
Make use of the dishwasher; it’s there for you and works amazingly.
It even pops open when it’s done.
You won’t find a washer or dryer around our stunner of a kitchen.
They are neatly tucked away in the garage, no manuals necessary; they're pretty straightforward to operate.
With an open concept family room that overlooks the pool, which will take your breath away, it's equipped with color-changing pool lights, so the fun never has to end.
Well, it needs to quieten down at around 11 pm, but the pool is our centerpiece and, from there, the deck area is set for entertainment.
There’s even a grill, well maintained and clean, itching for a barbecue.
And just as you get that fire going, you’ll probably want to know more about our canal.
Yep, your canal during your stay.
Yes, your own, pretty much, private 65ft dock.
You have complete and unrestricted access to t the ocean. And if you’re a boating group, bring her with you.
And after a long day in that perfect Florida weather, you can enjoy the refreshing outdoor shower and jump into a relaxing pool where the water in the pool is blue as the sky and clean as crystal.
We’ve thought of everything to make your stay at Sunshine Water House a winner.
It’s all about the experience, and we believe that’s what our home has to offer - an experience like no other.
On days that you just want to relax or if the weather isn’t behaving how it should… you could take a nap on our comfy beds with hotel quality linens while watching your favorite show on our smart TVs. But if you’re more like us, and can’t sit still, you have a chest full of games, a pool table and even a putting mat so that you can work on your game, there’s always something to do. You can’t get bored!
Our guests are not simply in and out; it’s a conversation.
You’re staying in our home, so we want to know more about you.
We are extremely accommodating.
We just ask for honest communication so that we can make arrangements for your needs.

Just 30 minutes from Miami Airport and a wonderfully convenient 10 minutes from Fort Lauderdale Airport, you’ll have no problem getting to Sunshine Water House.
If the Florida weather begins to lose its appeal and the winds begin to pick up, stay safely indoors, comfortingly knowing that Sunshine Water House is fully equipped with high-impact windows and can withstand what nature has to throw at it.
But focusing on the Sunshine, there is just so much to do in the area that you’ll be torn between staying in all day enjoying the place or venturing out and enjoying the sites.
There’s a reason so many visit our beautiful coast and Dania Beach specifically.

Whether it’s entertainment, beach fun or food, Dania Beach is an international location and punches well above its weight, delivering some of the best experiences in the world to those who are lucky enough to make it their destination of choice.

Guest Access:
There are 4 parking spots and if you need more, please let us know. We have keyless entry and will send you instructions a couple of days before you get here. But of course, please let us know if you would like us to show you around. We would be happy to give you a tour.
The Neighborhood:
Nestled in between Fort Lauderdale and Miami, is where this hidden gem is located. During the day, you can see kids playing outside, and friendly neighbors hanging out. Once you walk thru the bright YELLOW door you are in a home that just feels like Florida. As a bonus, every night from the front porch you can enjoy the incredible light show that the Hard Rock offers.
Getting Around:
5 minutes from either i95 or Florida Turnpike
There is space for 4 cars, if you will need more, please let us know as we can tell you where to park

Just a little bit of information that we think may be useful.
It seems to help our guests with some of the specifics that are itemized.
So, here they are:
● Access: Coded, you’ll receive the code before you arrive.
● Check-in: 3:00 pm

● Closest hospital 13 minutes away.
● Closest urgent care 5 minutes away.
● Closest police station 13 minutes away.
● Motion-sensitive perimeter floodlights.
● Playpen and High chair available – Just let us know
● Pets and events at the owner's discretion.
● Closest beach is Dania Beach which is about 5 miles away
● Please take note, Sunshine Water House in on the water and you will see Iguanas and little lizards.
● We do our best to make sure everything is perfect for your stay but from time to time you might see dead Palmetto bugs after fumigation, please understand that this is a Florida thing
● The Pool is cleaned on Tuesday afternoons. Please let us know if you want him to come at another time.
