Summary: We stayed at Karen’s property for spring break in April 2025. The house was bigger than it appeared in the photos (a plus for us) and was immaculate clean. There are three big bedrooms and three full baths. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook meals for our family of four. The dishwasher is old and we sometimes needed to run it twice to clean properly, but otherwise all appliances were very good. The view from the house is very nice and the house is central to all Exuma has to offer. Perhaps the only negative we found was that the dirt road that leads to the house is long and a pain to drive on (obviously not something the owners are responsible for). Overall a great place. I would definitely recommend it and I would stay again.
