Dual air conditioning with independently controlled units in each of the bedrooms and in the living area. The large living area has a glass topped dining table, 4 dining chairs, quality soft lounge and arm chairs, coffee and occasional tables , flat screen HD TV with numerous satellite channels including some English channels (Sky News, CNN), DVD player and radio unit. Internet access. Broadband and WiFi. Double glazed windows overlook the main street, which when open give full access to the excellent ambience of the street below ( musicians, vendor, restaurants etc.) but when closed ensure a very quiet room. Fitted American style kitchen with 4 ring ceramic hob,large oven,washing machine and fridge/freezer and microwave oven. Bathroom with bath, bath shower,sink unit and toilet and heated towel unit. Bedroom 1 has a very comfortable double bed with two side lockers and double wardrobe. Bedroom 2 has two single beds with side locker. There is additional storage space off the living area. Both bedrooms open by French doors onto a balcony at the rear.Rue Massena has numerous restaurants and shops and is 5 minutes walk to the main shopping area of Rue Jean Medicin and Place Massena, 10 minutes to the Old Town and the Port and two minutes to the beach and Promenade des Anglais.
